Rather than blasting the roof with pressure, our soft washing process gently treats and works to gradually lift stains and eliminate the organisms causing them. Our Roof Washing Process
Our process begins with a careful inspection of the roof and surrounding areas so that we can formulate a treatment plan tailor-made to fit the needs of your home. We prepare the jobsite by applying plastic tubing to the end of each downspout. This will catch diluted water and any accumulated grime. We will also thoroughly rinse the landscape below to protect it from potential overspray.
A specialized cleaning solution is then applied using low-pressure equipment designed specifically for roof cleaning. This solution breaks down algae, organic growth, and built-up contaminants at the root.
Once the solution has had time to do its job, the roof is gently rinsed using low pressure to safely remove debris and residue. This process not only restores the roof’s natural color but also helps extend its lifespan by preventing damaging growth from continuing to spread.
